Culture Shift: How Artists are Responding to Sustainability in Wales
‘Culture Shift’ gives an overview of the many pioneering sustainable arts initiatives currently operating across Wales. The report is a witness to what is going on already. Report: People, Plate and Planet
This report forms part of the ‘Food and Diets’ research done by the Zero Carbon Britain project through 2012-13. This work concentrates on low carbon diets in the UK today, and the impact of various dietary choices on health, greenhouse gas emissions and land use.
